Who is Frédéric?
Frédéric Defoy wears many hats:
He is a professional coach since 2013 with more than 2200 hours of sessions. He follows individuals, professionals and teams from a variety of sectors: Entrepreneurship, private and public sector, cultural environment, associations and humanitarian. He was an ACC with the International Coach Federation (ICF) from 2013 to 2019 and still is a member.
As a coach, Frédéric has been certified Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder Centered coaching, coaching with compassion.
Frédéric is also a trainer since 2014, certified as a Practitioner Dialogue Education since 2013. In this vein, he was a research assistant in the USA at the Thrive laboratory in California from 2017 to 2019. He was also able to obtain 2 Masters in the USA, 1 in Humanities and 1 another in psychological science (research master in psychology).
Finally, Frederic is also a professional personality assessor since 2015. He became a certifier in 2021 and is the global manager of the Intelli7 personal questionnaire.
